Returns
In the case that you change your mind or aren’t satisfied with our product we are happy to provide a refund if notified by email within 24 hours of your delivery. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note the return shipping costs are at the sender's expense. Please emailhello@indoorpotsupply.com.au to initiate a return and be sure to include your order number.
Faulty/Damaged Pots
If you receive your pots and believe them to be faulty or damaged in some way, please notify us by emailhello@indoorpotsupply.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please be sure to include relevant pictures of the damage/fault and your order number so we can get your issue rectified as quick as possible.
